Tester

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented BSS Tester to validate the functionality, performance, and integration of Business Support Systems in a telecom environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience testing CRM, billing, order management, and provisioning systems.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute test cases for BSS applications (CRM, billing, mediation, etc.
).Perform system, integration, and regression testing.Validate data flows between BSS and OSS systems.Log and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure resolution.Prepare test documentation and reports.Requirements:2+ years of BSS testing experience in a telecom environment.Strong understanding of BSS domains like billing, CRM, and customer care.Experience with tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, Postman, or SOAP UI.Familiarity with SQL and XML for data validation.Strong analytical and communication skills.
