Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Springs, is seeking a Tender Coordinator.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting competitive proposals for tenders.This role involves coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and submitting high-quality proposals on time.Minimum RequirementsA relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field would be beneficial.4 years of working experience in a Tender Coordinator or similar role.Demonstrated experience in proposal writing and tender coordination.Strong project management skills.Vehicle and valid Driver's License.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze Tender Documents: Carefully review tender documents to understand the requirements and criteria for evaluation.Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, finance) to collect and consolidate relevant information for proposals.Proposal Schedule: Create and maintain a detailed proposal schedule to ensure all documents are submitted on time.Content Development: Write, edit, and format proposal content, ensuring it is clear, coherent, and meets tender specifications.Compliance: Ensure that all proposals adhere to company standards and client requirements.Database Management: Maintain proposal databases and archives for easy reference and future use.Client Communication: Engage with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and address any questions.Opportunity Tracking: Monitor and track tender opportunities and submission deadlines to ensure timely responses.Closing Date: Submissions for this vacancy will close on 23 July; however, you will still have the opportunity to submit your CV for this position until 16 August.
