Job Description:Building and Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders Managing the overall bid process, establishing timelines, and allocating resources effectively Collaborating with legal and commercial teams to negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks Leading and developing tender documents, including compiling necessary informationWorking closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information, develop compelling proposals Maintaining accurate records of tender activities, preparing reports on tender outcomes Qualifications and Skills:Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 4-7 years of leadership experience in Bid/ Tender Management Knowledge of Public Procurement Contracting and Tendering Principles including PFMA, PPPFA and BBBEEMust have at least 5 years relevant enterprise ICT (Servers, Storage, Backup, End user devices) experience Must have at least 5 years experience in responding to Tenders Must have at least 5 years experience in Vendor/ Supplier collaborations  Suitable candidates will be contacted.
