This role will be for a contract of about 30 months. Role Purpose Ensure part readiness and availability (local, CKD, direct purchase) for new vehicle projects and model year milestones. Support pre-series vehicle builds , ensuring all systems, processes, and documentation are in place for CP8 sign-off. Facilitate handover from pre-series to series production . Key Responsibilities Lead cross-divisional meetings to address and resolve component risks or issues. Manage special orders and introduction of changes to avoid delays, quality problems, or cost increases. Coordinate supplier demand, engineering, and quality approvals before material handover. Monitor and control pre-series stock levels , scrapping or reordering as needed. Track pre-series vehicle requests in COPS and ensure accurate BOM sourcing. Prepare picking lists and manage dunnage requirements before builds. Maintain the pre-series database for component readiness and availability. Evaluate and approve running changes and Aekos for BOM accuracy and timing. Modify temporary BOMs (Single Car Explosion) for colour, trim, PR codes, and effective dates. Source components for ad-hoc requests to ensure BOM integrity. Qualifications Degree or Diploma in: Industrial/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Production/Business/Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Commerce, IT, or Data Science. Experience & Skills Required Minimum 3 years automotive logistics experience . Project management experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Power BI. Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation). Strong interpersonal and independent working ability. Confident in report writing and presenting to management. Added Advantages Familiarity with Group systems: TEVON, PROMON, COPS, ProCKD, AVON.
