Minimum Requirements :Matric2 to 5 years recruitment experiencePrevious experience in blue collar and white recruitmentComputer literate (MS Office)Good communications skills in English, Sesotho and SepediAbility to communicate and work closely with candidatesWilling to work under extreme pressure and with a sense of urgencyWilling to work overtime when requiredDuties and Responsibilities :Interview and screen sourced blue collar candidates according to client's specificationProactively build a candidate database on the market, by sourcing and recruiting technically skilled candidates in demographically isolated areasBuild up a database to support clients' needsCompile adverts and effective screening of responseNetwork to ensure strong database of skilled candidatesConduct detailed competency-based interviews and references on applicantsFoster long-term relationships with candidatesReview and understand technical job requirementsAchieve weekly and monthly targets as set out by managementEnsure that the candidates attending interviews with clients are prepared 48 hours prior to attendanceFormat resumes of candidates to meet client expectationsCharacter Traits :Target drivenFocused with excellent attention to detailSelf-disciplinedSense of urgencyAbility to work at a fast paceUse own initiativeSelf-driven and results orientatedWorking Hours : 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.
