Minimum Requirements:Previous experience in blue collar and white recruitmentGood communication skills in English, Sesotho, and SepediAbility to communicate and work closely with candidatesWilling to work under extreme pressure and with a sense of urgencyWilling to work overtime when requiredDuties and Responsibilities:Interview and screen sourced blue collar candidates according to client's specificationsProactively build a candidate database on the market, by sourcing and recruiting technically skilled candidates in demographically isolated areasBuild up a database to support clients' needsCompile adverts and effectively screen responsesNetwork to ensure a strong database of skilled candidatesConduct detailed competency-based interviews and references on applicantsFoster long-term relationships with candidatesReview and understand technical job requirementsAchieve weekly and monthly targets as set out by managementEnsure that the candidates attending interviews with clients are prepared 48 hours prior to attendanceFormat resumes of candidates to meet client expectationsFocused with excellent attention to detailSense of urgencyAbility to work at a fast paceUse own initiativeSelf-driven and results-orientedWorking Hours: 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.Applicable candidates can submit their CV and letter of motivation to (emailprotected) for a chance to become part of the winning team.Please note that if you do not receive a response within one week of applying, you may consider your application as unsuccessful.Please note that appointments are made in line with the Company's EE targets.
