The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering technical support, troubleshooting, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues.Requirements:Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skillsTechnical Support and Troubleshooting skillsAnalytical SkillsExperience in utility services or prepaid meters is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentMatric or Technical certification is beneficialTraining & Development:This role will include internal training on company systems, policies, and procedures.
You will need to pass all training to manage this role.Shifts:This role has shift work which includes rotations on daily and weekend hours.
Overtime will be required, as applicable.Compensation:R 6000.00 - R 10000.00 per month depending on experience.
