Minimum requirements for the role:
Technical (Mechanical) / Management Diploma is essential.
Minimum 5 years’ Sales Experience within the Pumps / Fluid Mechanics Industry.
Preferably Portuguese speaking.
Previous SAP experience and the ability to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise is essential.
Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must be willing to relocate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Servicing, maintaining and growing the customer base in Angola.
Product awareness and marketing of the company’s products into the various market sectors with a special focus on mining products for mining customers.
Confirming customer visitors and providing continuous training regarding products and applications to the sales staff.
Controlling, managing and growing the sales of the company’s products.
Growing the company’s product sales and market shares within the appointed company’s dealers.
Monitoring market feedback on competitor activities and strategies.
Managing and motivating all staff and maintaining a high standard of support enabling employees to fulfil duties to meet deadlines and objectives and achieve best performance.
Ensuring that the required quality standards and customer delivery are met by optimal utilisation of the resources available.
Ensuring that the CRM is kept up to date at all times with accurate customer information, contacts, construction objects, project and tender information.
Liaising with units and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and service levels as well as on new, upcoming projects and key accounts.
Adhering to health and safety legislation upholding the company’s health and safety policy.
Complying with and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
