These jobs were popular with other job seekersOur client, who is based in KZN, is looking for a Technical Product and Planning Lead. As the Technical Product and Planning Lead, you'll be integral to our procurement processes and procedures, providing essential support to our Sales and Key Accounts Managers. Reporting to the Procurement & Warehouse Manager with a dotted line to the Key Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating various aspects of our operations.Duties & ResponsibilitiesShipping and Replenishment:Manage the replenishment order process.Coordinate shipping documentation and liaise with freight forwarding partners.Maintain shipping files and update product master data.Ensure system data integrity and manage stock age.Assist with stock assessments and low stock holding reports.Quality Management:Conduct quality checks on products and handle end-user complaints.Develop and implement new procedures in collaboration with the Procurement Manager.Investigate quality issues and maintain product standards.New Product Development:Support innovation roadmap strategies.Drive innovation projects and cross-functional collaborations.Monitor market insights and implement innovations.Brand Development:Execute brand marketing plans.Support in-market challenges and brand performance monitoring.Identify and capitalize on product and customer opportunities.Key Accounts Assistance:Translate brand strategies into customer plans.Assist with Back to School orders for key customers.Maintain customer listings and stock.General:Coordinate communication between teams and Senior Management.Assist with regional tradeshows.Desired Experience & QualificationExceptional organization and multitasking abilities.Independent worker and team player.Time management and attention to detail.Creative thinking.Grade 12 with exemption pass.Relevant tertiary certification preferred.2-5 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in computer literacy and MS Office packages.Package & RemunerationR16 000.00 - R20 000.00 Not NegotiableInterested?Join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success in delivering top-quality products and services to our valued customers.
