Our client in the Telecommunication industry is looking for a Technical Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

Coordinating orders, stock, installation teams and customer satisfaction.
Booking and managing of Technicians / Sub Contractors
Confirming appointments with Clients
Preparing of stock and consumables for installations
Booking of Vehicles and Accommodation, arranging S&T’s
Retrieve paperwork from Technicians and process
Manage SLA contracts assign calls and ensure it’s completed in timeframe
Update Helpdesk calls - escalate missed SLA calls
Ensuring stock levels are kept up to date
Stock Checks
Storeroom neatness
Stock issuing
Warranty replacement process


Valid Driver’s License with own transport
Senior Certificate (essential)
2 Years stock control experience
2 Years’ experience in technical staff time management
Call desk / Ticketing System experience
Management of Service Level agreements (Maintenance contracts)
Communication skills (read, write and speak) very important
Continuous skill improvement and self-development
Adhere to company processes
Strong interpersonal skills (with clients, suppliers and team members)
Perform well under pressure
Good planning skills
Accurate and attention to detail
Able to multi-task
Must be Organized, Honest and reliable
Deadline driven
Hard-working and Punctual
Willing to start Immediately
