Details of the offer

The Cabling Technical Coordinator is ultimately responsible for coordinating orders, stock, installation teams and customer satisfaction

Technical Coordination:
· Booking and managing of Technicians / Sub Contractors;
· Confirming appointments with Clients;
· Preparing of stock and consumables for installations;
· Booking of Vehicles and Accommodation, arranging S&T’s;
· Retrieve paperwork from Technicians and process;
· Manage SLA contracts: assign calls and ensure it’s completed in timeframe;
· Update Helpdesk calls - escalate missed SLA calls;

· Ensuring stock levels are kept up to date;
· Stock Checks;
· Storeroom neatness;
· Stock issuing;
· Warranty replacement process.
Minimum Requirements:

· Senior Certificate (essential);
· 2 Years stock control experience;
· 2 Years’ experience in technical staff time management;
· Call desk / Ticketing System experience;
· Management of Service Level agreements (Maintenance contracts).


· Communication skills (read, write and speak) very important;
· Continuous skill improvement and self-development;
