To provide a leading/best practice service and administrative operation for SBIB product portfolio and report on all activities within the respective environment.To use the technologies available to bring in and make the area more efficient and to ensure the area meets its targets, budgets, and KRA's.Key ResponsibilitiesEffective planning and monitoring of all operational requirements.Contribute to the overall achievement of the team and organisation goals and strategies.Ensure PI.
