University graduate with a 3-year degree;
3+ years experience in creating the best team in the world;
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Afrikaans, and preferably a 3rd language;
Must have a car and valid driver’s license;

Manage the team journey from awareness to post-employment phase;
Manage and execute all BambooHR functions including but not limited to:
Onboarding, retention, and offboarding;
Learning and development
Employment law compliance
Performance management
Recruitment
Organize annual team summit (year-end function);
Team communications;
Develop and implement creative and meaningful learning and development initiatives for all team members;
Manage and execute monthly payroll functions;
Maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding human resources;
Work with exco team to plan talent development and growth for the future;
Analyze and use BambooHR metrics and data to inform the Exco Team’s decisions;
Identify, develop and implement innovative projects in order to improve employee engagement, organizational performance and to support business strategic goals
Develop and implement a plan to build and embed our culture and values across the organization;
Report to Social and Ethics Committee;
Report to Remuneration Committee;
Data analyst for all CampusKey functions (use data analyst software to convert data to insight);
Manage all software access, onboarding, offboarding and software register;
Manage all technology devices;
As part of the Exco Team, you will be responsible for company-wide performance (financial, team, etc.)
You will report directly to the Managing Director.
