Activities To qualify for this position, candidates need to possess the following: Completed Bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources or a related field Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar support role; experience with digital platforms and tools is advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Candidate Profile As a Talent Developer Coordinator, responsibilities include: Providing support to Talent Developers Managing recruitment files effectively Conducting reference and pre-employment verification checks Facilitating onboarding for new employees, including Young graduates and Interns Handling processes for temp/contractor requests, including IDEAL (IGG creation) Updating and maintaining reports Ensuring proper onboarding and completion of paperwork for new hires Managing internal communications for new employees Supporting Talent Developers in projects/initiatives like Better Together Updating and maintaining Organograms Managing offboarding processes, including IDEAL termination and documentation such as pension fund, checklist, medical aid termination, etc.
HSSE Managing and minimizing HSE risks by ensuring: Compliance with all HSE policies, rules, guidelines, and legal requirements Promotion of a safe working environment and contribution to HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies Identification and enforcement of HSE competency requirements within the area of responsibility Additional Information TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth, and offers equal opportunity careers.
