Minimum requirements: Grade 12BCom Human Resources3 years experience in a similar recruitment positionOwn transport and valid driver's licenseDuties include the following: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across different departments and levelsCreate and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company platformsConduct initial telephonic, virtual, or in-person interviews to assess candidate suitabilityMaintain a candidate database and update it regularly with new CV's and interview feedbackWork closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamicsCoordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients or internal teamsProvide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experienceHeadhunt and approach passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and other toolsConduct background, reference, and verification checks as requiredDraft and send offer letters and assist in the onboarding processPrepare and maintain recruitment reports, including placement statistics and hiring timelinesStay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisitionConsultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
