We have an amazing opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Team by assisting with administration, logistics, and correspondence related to Talent Acquisition, to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and Line Management.

You Bring

Talent Acquisition/Administration experience.
Bonus To Have

Relevant Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field.
What You'll Do For The Brand

Conduct research on new job specifications and titles.
Assist with creating job descriptions, interview questionnaires, and vacancy adverts.
Create position codes.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews, manage diary times, and schedule interviews with relevant Line Managers and/or Talent Acquisition Manager.
Facilitate and conduct background and reference checks.
Liaise with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, reference checks, and feedback.
Ensure candidates who do not meet requirements are informed via rejection letters, emails, or calls, and that agencies receive feedback.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Coordinate polygraph examinations when required.
Assist with onboarding documentation and processes.
Support induction processes.
Manage invoices from suppliers for approval and payment.
Manage the Careers Inbox and CV submissions.
Ensure the Referral process is followed.
Upload CVs onto SimplifyHR.
Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
Provide daily and monthly reports and attend weekly meetings.
Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
