Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do? The Key purpose of this role is to track, measure and continuously drive T1 productivity within BUSA.
This entails working closely with the T1 Carriers, SAB Breweries and SAB DCs.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Aligning the T1 operation and T1 productivity measures to global KPI's and standardsDefining T1 productivity KPI's and PI's linked to the overall Zone and BU Logistics strategy and goals (GFP; ATCT; WPS vs MPL; HL/Load; ADT; Load factor; Travel Standard Adherence etc.
)Measuring, reporting and tracking productivity/ safety on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basisIdentifying productivity improvement opportunities, preparing and closing out actions for routine MCRS Meetings with Director/ VPAnalysis and engagement of carrier, brewery and DC activities and operationsCreation of Carrier Scorecards (Dedicated and Non-Dedicated)- including Safety, ATCT, Travel Standard Adherence, Claims at a minimum.Managing the discussion between all stakeholders that impact T1 productivity (Weekly Carrier Productivity Meetings, Weekly BLM/ RLM SLA Meeting & Action Log Management)T1 Truck Sizing Modelling and Routine Truck Sizing Sign-Off aligning to business requirementsDefining and updating T1 SOP's for internal and external stakeholdersKey input into the budgeting process for BU South Africa T1 Transport and WarehouseLCP- Accountable for Transport Scheduling & Transport Management Blocks for T1Project Management- scoping, engagement and execution of agreed projectsKey Attributes and Competencies: Great interpersonal skillsChallenger of the status quoDriven to implement change & transformationWork within a multi cultural environmentAbility to work in a well organized, coordinated and reliable mannerAbility to work within tight deadlinesExcellent analytical and reporting skillsHighly results focusedLeads by example, and lives the company's valuesAble to work on without supervision and prioritize workload effectivelyMinimum Requirements: 3-year tertiary degree, preferably in Supply Chain and or LogisticsMinimum 5 years' experience within LogisticsExcellent presentation skills, able to convey a clear messageAdvanced Excel and PowerPointStrong business acumen, having a wide understanding of other key ABInBevEnglish proficient in writing and speakingAdditional Information: Band: VISAB/ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer and all appointments will be made in line with SAB/ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
