Job DescriptionBusiness Solutions: Coordinate business requests within the (local) organization (incl. process owner), prioritize and prepare change proposals Ensure that functionality of all systems meet the business needs and, if possible, can be measured in terms of usage Consult the local business partners to support an continuous improvement process Conduct Functional and load testing to understand the system performance Implement EDI solutions if and when required Develop or adapt training material for all solutions where user training is required Local Key User:Evaluate gaps between existing standard (Central) processes and local business and legal requirements Ensure quality of implementation of Conti Standard business processes Support change as required for improved business processes eg write or amend in store Standard Operating Procedures Single point of contact for designed business processes and their implementation Participation in and validation of customized business processes, user acceptance tests and give approval Development of the local end user documentation, train the end-users, support know-how transfer to end users, builds user acceptance and monitors system utilization by end users Adaptation/amendment of GUIs, documentation and relevant master data First level support.
