This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who has foundational knowledge of systems analysis and a strong interest in Salesforce-based solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems and applications, particularly Salesforce.Support daily system operations and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce and other integrated systems.Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.Create reports, dashboards, and workflows in Salesforce to meet business needs.Assist in testing and validating system functionality, upgrades, and new features.Maintain proper documentation of system processes, configurations, and procedures.Provide user support and training on Salesforce features and functions.Collaborate with senior analysts and developers on enhancement projects.
