Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.To provide guidance in the implementation, installation, configuration, and testing of system software on all relevant mainframes to code and automate tasks that optimize processing aligned to business requirements.Are you someone who can:Deliver against operational and cost targets.Install and set up workstations and servers for all mainstream manufacturers (IBM, HP, Dell).Perform daily capacity and health checks.
Conduct software maintenance and customization.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS.Create batch schedules.Create change orders.
Code basic JCL and automation scripts.Support batch FTP and create FTP encryption data by development.
Analyze and modify batch schedules upon request.Control illegal intrusions from non-permissible entities outside the corporate network.Manage the group corporate server infrastructure.Advise on security prevention enhancements.Maintain backup systems according to standards to ensure business continuity.Control server and network hardware to prevent system downtime.Prioritize resource allocation to minimize wastage.Identify, control, and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs.Build relationships to manage expectations, share knowledge, and gain buy-in.Engage in cross-functional relationships to support work processes.Deliver excellent customer experience aligned with organizational values and service standards.Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust to enhance the brand.Exceed customer expectations with proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Provide regular reports on service delivery against SLAs and customer targets.Gather information to review work progress, support decision-making, and identify improvements.Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.Implement relevant policies, governance, and standards across the business.Develop understanding of risks and risk management strategies.Educate others and suggest improvements.Implement, monitor, and control business processes according to quality standards, policies, and compliance requirements.Research and enable improvements using technology and platform enablement.Review existing processes and suggest innovations to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.Monitor customer feedback and optimize processes accordingly.Assess personal performance against required competencies and skills.Identify personal development needs and choose effective solutions to address them.You will have access to:Opportunities to network and collaborate.Challenging work environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are:Curious & courageous — driven by a desire to learn and brave enough to explore new challenges.Obsessed with mastery — committed to becoming proficient and continuously improving your skills.Interested in taking the next step?
