Core qualifications, Skills set, and Experience MUST INCLUDE:* Post graduate science or engineering degree in Environmental or similar field* Must have successfully managed and completed (as lead) at least 5 Green Building Star Certifications* Must be qualified as an Accredited Professional with Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA)* Must be a team player* Critical thinking and obsessive attention to detail* Good project management and people skills* Exemplary work ethic and not afraid to much in to get the job done* Must be tough and have the ability to beat deadlines
