Overview:The Support Recruiter will lead talent acquisition for back-office functions and mid-to-senior level specialist roles across HR, Finance, IT, Training, L&D, and QA.
This role combines proactive headhunting with internal pipeline development, ensuring top talent is hired the first time, every time.
From time to time, this role may also support bulk recruitment efforts depending on business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage recruitment for non-agent, specialist, and leadership roles across departmentsPartner closely with department heads to define role needs and success profilesExecute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and networksCoordinate and conduct behavioural interviews and shortlistingDrive best-in-class candidate experience and structured feedback loopsSupport process improvement and recruitment marketing for niche rolesAssist with bulk recruitment campaigns as needed to support operational demandRequirements:3+ years' recruitment experience in specialist/support hiringComfortable recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levelsSkilled in stakeholder management and job brief consultationExperience in both in-house and agency settings is advantageous
