Support Engineer

Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on various platforms. Familiarity with IT security best practices and the ability to implement and monitor security measures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities effectively. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 certifications, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are advantageous.
