Supply Chain : Time And Attendance Analyst At Famous Brands

Responsible for managing incoming stock from India and SKD plants.
Liaising with the Sales Team to understand their monthly requirements.
Ensuring stock for conversions is ordered from warehouses and delivered to SKD, Fitment Centres, and other suppliers.
Overseeing all conversion suppliers to ensure units are delivered on time and meet deadlines.
Allocating stock to dealers and assisting RSMs with queries regarding stock availability.
Supporting the Fleet Manager with conversion requirements for units and ensuring timely delivery of units to fleet customers.
Qualifications and Experience

23 years of experience in shipping and logistics management within the automotive industry.
Proficient in computer software and tools, especially advanced Excel functions.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent telephone manner, capable of handling sensitive and emotional conversations.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Skills and Knowledge

Experience with Internal System Autocart.
Understanding of the automotive industry.
Inventory and logistics management, planning, and operations.
Transport operations management.
Strong knowledge of international shipping processes.
