Join our team at VTL UK Ltd as a Supply Chain Manager, where you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.Responsibilities:End-to-End Supply Chain Management:Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.Supplier Management:Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.Inventory Optimization:Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize holding costs.Monitor and analyze inventory performance to identify areas for improvement.Logistics and Distribution:Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation and distribution processes.Continuous Improvement:Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in supply chain processes.Utilize data and analytics to identify efficiency gains and cost-saving opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to ensure alignment and efficient communication.Act as a liaison between departments to optimize overall business performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience in supply chain management with a track record of success.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Familiarity with supply chain software and technologies.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
