We are currently recruiting for the following position, located at Food Lovers Market Head Office situated in Brackengate, Cape Town Supervisor Treasury. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Food Lovers Market has a vacancy in their Finance team for an energetic individual with a passion for the implementation and maintenance of processes as well as the development and management of staff. The position will report directly to the POS and Treasury Financial Controller. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Up to 3 years treasury experience Experience in utilizing systems and processes to support business in managing cash flows Leadership, people and interpersonal skills Good communication skills verbal and written Resilient and flexible, able to adapt to a changing environment Ability to work under pressure Advance computer literacy Excel, Word, Outlook Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Coming from a similarsame industry preferred Experience in Sage 300 will be advantageous KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analysis and reviews of balance sheet recons relating to Treasury Design, implement and drive controls and procedures to create efficiencies Identify and implement potential improvements Ability to work independently as well as in a team Bank reconciliations Cashflow management via bank balances Process and approve payments and payment runs Process debit orders Reconciliation of credit card statements and loan accounts Assist with audit and liaise with external auditors General administrative duties pertaining to staff management and reports Assist with ad hoc queries from business partners and other teams
