Responsibilities: Manage operations to ensure efficiency and performance Adhere to and comply with SHERQ standards in own area of work Oversee contractor activities and performance Control budgets and monitor cost efficiency Manage people to align with organizational goals Lead teams with purpose and direction Drive continuous improvement across processes Demonstrate strong work ethics Qualifications & Experience required: Matric Diploma/Degree in Mining/Industrial Engineering/Mine Surveying/Geology Supervisory Certificate/ARM or equivalent Valid driver's license Minimum of 5 years' experience in Production Management / Fleet Management systems If you do not hear from us within 3 weeks, consider your application unsuccessful.
