Strategy And Research Manager

Research Coordination and Management: Research concepts and industry relevant to programmes to assist programme managers with the information required administer research activities, compile research reports and/or commission research, coordinate the review draft and/or validation of research reports Review and analyse gathered research information and various sets of data (including statistical data) to develop a view on programmatic delivery and impact on KT and compile thought leadership articles and/or factsheets Enhance KT's ideation through a creation of an information hub and guiding process and contents for innovation of existing and of new ideas/initiatives include coordinate platforms (seminars, webinars, etc.)
for sharing KT research reports Strategy Analysis: Manage and coordinate development and review of 5 Year Strategic Plan Manage and coordinate the activities relating to annual performance planning and the compilation of KT Annual Performance Plan (APP) as well as Operations Plan Compile and present the consolidated APP and Operations Plan Knowledge Management: Monitor and evaluate the implementation and performance of various programmes in line with the APP Manage and distribute internal and external knowledge from research in relation to the relevance and impact on the achievement of KT strategic objectives Contribute relevant programme information to support the ideation, validation and solution development Service Provider Management: Develop appropriate service provider contracts within the PMO function, negotiated for the benefit of KT Manage and monitor the delivery of outsourced service provider work for the PMO functions Team Cohesion: Support team members in their duties and contribute to a cohesive team effort Representing the company very well when engaging with external stakeholders and answering queries regarding the role and services of the company Formal Qualification/Degree: University degree in a related subject Postgraduate degree related to research and strategy Work Experience (What kind of experience is needed in order to do this job?
): 5+ years experience in research and analysis capability Strategy development and management capability Programme management experience
