Achieves assigned sales quota and organic growth
Meets assigned expectations for insurance profitability
Achieves account retention and growth targets
Compiles strategic client account plans
Define portfolio growth strategy in line with predetermined growth targets
Analyse present market trends and likely future trends of key accounts
Develop a strategic view of the client base detailing transformational ideas
Understand competitor awareness to maximize penetration in markets held by the competition and foster partnerships with new and existing customers

Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of FAIS and Ombud
Ability to conduct sales and profitability analyses
Ability to create customised sales plans for key clients
Advanced MS Excel skills

Sales or Marketing relevant tertiary education preferable
Completed FAIS RE5 and RE1 (non-negotiable)
