Requirements: Proven experience in a similar administrative or inventory role. Knowledge of inventory software. Basic understanding of procurement and logistics processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools. Responsibilities, but not limited to: 1. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels using inventory management and manual systems when necessary. Perform regular stock counts and reconcile with system data. Monitor inventory to identify slow-moving or obsolete items. Be familiar with creditors function (collating invoices and credit notes for payment) 2. Receiving and Dispatch: Process goods received and issue documentation. Check and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfilment. 3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain proper filing of delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders. Prepare regular inventory reports and stock variance analyses. Timeous and accurate submission of invoices for payment. Collate invoice with credit notes for submission for payment. 4. Procurement Support: Raise purchase requisitions for replenishment of stock. Liaise with suppliers for order confirmations and delivery timelines. 5. Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure the store area complies with health and safety regulations. Report damages, losses, or discrepancies promptly. Assist in audits (internal or external). Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
