Utilise effective sales techniques to drive revenue and meet company objectives. Customer experience - Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld at all times Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to drive loyalty and repeat business. Inventory management Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stock replenishment.Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimise stock losses and maintain optimal stock levels Visual merchandising- Ensure the store layout and product displays are visually appealing and aligned with the company's brand image. Regularly update and maintain visual merchandising standards to attract customers and drive sales.  Store operations Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to safety standards. Oversee daily opening and closing procedures to ensure operational efficiency. Manage store budgets and expenses, working to achieve cost-effective operations. Compliance - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.Implement loss prevention measures to safeguard the store against theft and shrinkage.
