Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieve the annual sales budget by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets to ensure business sustainability.
Manage and control the store's financial aspects to ensure profitability.
Maintain merchandising standards aligned with brand requirements to ensure a good product mix.
Ensure proper stock management and control to minimize loss and guarantee product availability by monitoring stock-related risks.
Deliver exceptional customer service to provide the best customer experience.
Build strong relationships with internal and external service providers.
Manage human resources effectively through recruitment, planning, and payroll administration.
Inspire, motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable.
Align team members with the company's culture and foster a fun work environment.
Implement all company policies and procedures.
Maintain health and safety practices.

Background in sales, retail, or business development roles.
