Implement data and information management operating standards such as data quality, data lifecycle management, metadata, and data privacy and protection as set out in the relevant data governance frameworks, policies, standards, processes, and procedures.
Support the business in understanding how data is collected, stored, used, and deleted using tools and methodologies to improve the adoption of information management and accountability.

Experience RequiredInformation Lifecycle Management:
3-4 years of experience in data lifecycle management.
Good understanding of data artifacts, gathering and documenting business requirements to support solution builds, both business and technical requirements.
Understanding of data warehousing, metadata management, data analysis, and data validation.Data Structures:
3-4 years of experience in understanding data structures, data repositories, database types, and how data moves between systems.
Experience within the Standard Bank Group will be advantageous.Banking Knowledge:
3-4 years of knowledge in banking and related regulatory standards to adhere to compliance requirements, identifying risks, reporting, and managing risks would be advantageous.
Experience and understanding in data security, data quality, and the impact on business processes.
Experience within the Standard Bank Group will be advantageous.Information Risk:
3-4 years of understanding of information risk, data privacy, and protection of information and the types of regulations they speak to.
Must be able to understand and apply data governance policies and standards, interpret regulations, and align them with business requirements.
