Multi-award winning recruitment consultancy firm are seeking a sporty individual to join their team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join either their Media/Pharmaceutical/Finance and Technology team. £23,000 basic salary + uncapped commission, lively office environment & full training provided!

Graduate Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

- Smart, ambitious, articulate individuals
- Keen to work with business leaders at a senior level
- Genuine money motivation and desire to succeed
- Sociable and confident
- Willing to work hard and learn new sales skills
- Sales experience (B2B/B2C) experience desired but not essential
- Sporting background desired but not essential

Package & Benefits as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

- £23,000 - £26,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission
- Realistic earnings Year 1 (£40,000), Year 2 (£70,000) and Year 3 (£95,000)
