Develop and implement processes, systems, and controls in the finance area.Adhere to and challenge sound financial principles across different areas.Manage finance work streams within project committees, ensuring all financial impacts are considered and deadlines met.Interpret and analyze business activities' impact on costs and take proactive actions.Implement, manage, and review commentary for all monthly financial reports, and approve relevant reports.Establish, maintain, and challenge key financial controls over trial balance monitoring and reporting.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (minimum requirement)Postgraduate degree in Business or Commerce (preferred)Experience RequiredProduct Control: 3-4 years in Product Control, Auditing, or Credit Derivatives.
Experience with information flow between front office systems and the general ledger.
Ability to collaborate with IT developers and communicate with non-financial stakeholders.
