This role will steer and implement all processes relating to global assignments in South Africa.Ensure all international relocation processes are completed effectively in a timely manner. To ensure an excellent service to all assignees whilst on assignment and to facilitate successful integration into the host country or reintegration back into the home country.
You will implement payroll relatedchanges and agreements on expat records.
Initiate Root cause analysis on queriesrelating to global assignment topics.
Assist stakeholders with appropriate reportsregarding assignee data as requested. To ensure HRM and line managers have thekey information they require to support their roles.
You will be responsible to calculate salaries, allowances and expenses for all assignees.
Feature Team member and representativeof South Africa and main contact on related changes on global assignmentspolicies, guidelines & processes.
Understand and operate within EmploymentLaw legislation and best practice internally and externally to protect companyand employees in aspects of data protection, working time regulations,discrimination etc. Also optimise best practice approaches to success oforganisation.
Strengthen internal controls andsafeguard the company’s brand image by leading compliance to corporate policiesand government regulations with regards to all global assignments processes,policies and benefits.
Review development requests and releaseplans to determine and resolve any conflicts between current and proposed processes.
Removing impediments or guiding the team toremove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.Assisting with internal and externalcommunication and improving transparency
Providing all support to the team using aservant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.
Assist with project coordination tasks whenneeded.Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12Must be in possession of a completed Degree Bachelor of Accounting Science or equivalentMinimum of 5+ years experience in Accounting and Auditing.Minimum of 3+ Years experience in PAYE Tax knowledgeExperience of SAP Payroll is essentialGood administrative background.Ownership and accountabilityCustomer Service orientated.Knowledge of payroll processes.MS Office, MS Word and MS Excel.
