An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional Spa Therapist to join our Team at Radisson Safari Hotel!KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Standards, Policies and Operations· Responsible for performing all treatments in accordance with Treatment Standards and Protocols.· Has full knowledge, understanding and compliance of the Unique Client Profile and Therapist Consultation forms, providing a complete and personalised guest journey as per philosophy and processes.· Ensures personalised and ethical homecare recommendations and products are offered to all guests as part of the guest journey and experience.Financial Goals· Motivated and driven to meet and exceed established revenue targets, continuously striving to enhance personal performance.· Self-reliant to monitor and record daily, weekly, and monthly turnover against set targets and seek assistance from manager or team to boost revenue and ensure targets are achieved.· Responsible for product management through set inventory procedures and checklists which entails accurate requisition, storage and stock take preparations.· Minimise and eliminate losses of products and equipment through negligence by adhering to monitoring programs and manage product usage by following set treatment recipes.· Increase average guest spend by maintaining an average ratio of 20% Retail Turnover to Total Turnover.Marketing Initiatives· Maximise on revenue opportunities by actively promoting all Spa services, products, and special offerings.Customer Service· Ensures a seamless guest journey, creating personalised memorable experiences, encouraging guest return.· Exhibits a professional attitude, diplomacy, and an ability to handle difficult situations including guest complaints, by maintaining gracious and efficient guest interaction procedures, complying with the Amani guidelines.· Provides accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all guest requests by anticipating, identifying and ensuring guest needs are being met in the best possible way.· Upholds and ensures gracious interactions with guests, and delivers credible, competitive, and value-plus services to the guest.· Encourage all guests to share their feedback on any of the available platforms such as the Amani Guest Feedback Form, Hotel Guest Review and Spa automated guest review forms.Compensation: To be discussed
