SPA SUPERVISOR THERAPIST - Body Therapy & Skin Care confident LOCATION: Kruger National Park - Mpumalanga, South Africa START: ASAP REPORT TO: Spa Manager CONTRACT: Full Time (3-month probation period applies) JOB OVERVIEW: The Spa Supervisor is a team-leader with a thorough knowledge of all guest services and performs exemplary professional Massage, Facial, Beauty and Wellness treatments in accordance with company protocols. The Spa Supervisor takes responsibility for the seamless and successful operation of the spa in the absence of the Spa Manager and leads by example in all areas of spa operations, acting as support to the Spa Manager . TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Work Cycle: Six weeks ON / TWO weeks OFF OR , 1 day off for every 3 days work (depending on operational needs) PACKAGE POTENTIAL & COMPANY BENEFITS: R8,000 per month (Gross) Treatment Commission 10% Retail Commission 15% Tips & Gratuities Company accommodation (single occupation only) Earning potential exceed R18,000 per month QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Accredited qualification in Somatology / Cosmetology / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Spa Therapy (2-year diploma) CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / BABTAC or similar accredited Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and experienced in spa software management (CHI-Desk advantageous). Confident command of the English Language Cruise Ship employment experience beneficial Previous Lodge Spa experience desired a MINIMUM of 2 years industry experience of which at least 1 year must be in a supervisory/ managerial role Exceptionally groomed and highly presentable Knowledge of all trending spa services Confident and competent to perform all face & body treatments and home-care recommendations. Basic understanding of financial reports Own car preferred as you may be required to travel to other lodges on occasion
