Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Develop and implement spa protocols, treatment programs, and customer care standards. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of skilled therapists and spa staff. Collaborate with hotel management to align the spas goals with the hotels overall vision. Drive revenue by implementing marketing strategies, promotions, and upselling treatments. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the spas pristine standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in the hospitality or wellness industry. Relevant qualifications in spa management, wellness, or beauty therapy. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. A passion for health, wellness, and luxury service experiences.
