This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage spa services, staff, and finances efficiently. Our ideal candidate has experience in delivering exceptional client experiences and running a high-standard facility within a 4 / 5-star environment.Key Responsibilities :Oversee and manage all daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.Manage financial aspects of the spa, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.Lead and motivate a team of spa therapists, front desk staff, and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.Ensure all spa operations adhere to health and safety regulations, industry standards, and our brand's quality expectations.Maintain inventory and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely availability of spa products.Address and resolve client queries, complaints, and feedback to improve the overall guest experience.Requirements :Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a spa, preferably within a 4 / 5-star hotel or high-end spa environment.Proven track record in financial management and staff leadership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of customer service and spa industry standards.Experience with spa management software is an advantage.Benefits :Competitive salary based on experience as provided by the bargaining council.Opportunity to work in a prestigious location.Professional development and training opportunities.
