Establishment is looking foir a self assured, highly skilled individual, experienced in running a busy and varied pass, with high level service periods. Must have intense attention to detail and an inspiring, positive leader and role model. Must be strong on controls and able to execute every dish with precision and a high level of consistency. Must be a natural team leader with amazing communication skills as well as the ability to take constructive criticism and turn it into a positive learning experience. Must have high end bistro experience and be able to execute, have the ability to think on their feet and trouble shoot with exact time managment skills.OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH AMAZING PRODUCE, IN A VIBRANT, POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT WITH ROOM TO GROW.
