Solutions Architect (Payments)

What Youll Do: Architecture & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance our payment systems.
System Optimization: Analyze and improve internal and client system implementations to boost performance.
Requirement Translation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate commercial needs into technical solutions.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with technical teams to tackle challenges and meet technical requirements.
Design Communication: Present architecture and design concepts clearly to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Quality Control: Oversee the quality of design and code, delivering robust implementations that meet high standards.
Monitoring & Improvement: Track performance metrics, proactively resolving issues to enhance system efficiency.
Scalability: Develop strategies to scale our systems in line with client growth.
Problem Solving: Address cross-system challenges with innovative solutions.
Candidate Specification: Key Skills & Experience: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years in IT management or solutions architecture, with at least 5 years in an Agile environment.
Cloud Technologies: 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies.
Software Development: 5+ years as a senior software developer, preferably within payment or financial systems.
Technical Proficiency: Strong background in secure network environments and IT infrastructure.
Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaborative management style, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
