The ideal candidate will have a strong background in economics, with at least five years of experience in socio-economic research and analysis. The analyst will be responsible for evaluating economic data, assessing social impacts, and providing actionable insights to support policy development and organizational strategy.Responsibilities:Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of socio-economic data to identify trends and implications.Develop models to assess the impact of policies and programs on various socio-economic factors.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate socio-economic analysis into organizational projects and strategies.Monitor and evaluate existing socio-economic programs, providing feedback for improvement.Stay updated on economic policies, trends, and issues at local, national, and global levels.Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations, to gather data and insights.Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications related to socio-economic projects.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in socio-economic analysis, research, or related roles.
