Job Purpose
Delivers frontline team results through enabling others. Becomes involved with the client before project initiation – in the project conceptual phase, acts as the client relationship manager and is responsible for consulting with the business. The Snr Manager works closely with the project managers and business technology specialists in developing the appropriate solution to meet the business need. As a senior manager, the candidate will provide the guidance and leadership to their subordinates to deliver on business objectives. Is an active participant for the life of the project through all phases and will be required to mentor Business Analysts/process and to advocate for the business whilst working closely with a variety of internal and external business partners.
Job Responsibilities
1. Deliver as a chapter lead to ensure chapter members operating in a full stack squad are performing effectively and have all the tools and skills to enable them to support the squad.
2. Participate in solving complex problems that require the highest competency level as an expert or
organiser of the necessary consultations with other experts.
3. Promoting a unique and innovative staff culture by ensuring staff members are adequately skilled and clear development plans are in place to allow for growth.
4. Planning, prioritization and execution of key projects that will improve/enhance/enable capabilities within the BITE and RBB stream to create business value through focused innovation and digital enablement.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Preferred Qualification
Matric and relevant tertiary qualificationMMP or equivalent

Essential Certifications
Formal accreditation in professional field where applicable
Minimum Experience Level
6 - 10 years working experience (business or IT) of which at least 3 years in a leadership role
4 years practical experience of the business analysis/process engineering discipline.
