In this role you will be reporting to GBS HR Front Office Manager South Africa and will be responsible to perform day to day process of HR request related to Learning and development for an assigned group of employees handling also complex and escalated tasks, ensure appropriate support for internal customers, deliver accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and assures that quality controls like the 4-eye check are carried out.Your responsibilitiesExecuting and delivering assigned HR Learning and Development services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s), handling complex/escalated tasks, supporting and coaching others in the team with defined tasksDelivering HR service L&D support to HR community, managers and employees, showing a customer service mindset and proactive way of working to service customers with a "can do attitude", consulting and communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers as neededRecommending enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers, leading some process improvement activities and participating in various quality control and audit activitiesRecording employee enquiries in AskHR tool, performing data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services, maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems, providing on-demand reports related to the process where requiredPreparing information and documents for external authorities, developing the skills development strategy to ensure ABB achieve maximum points and contributing towards maintaining BBBEE level as a license to operateDeveloping and presenting plan for young talent hiring to top management and HRBP's approval, involved in recruiting of young talent and monitor performance assessment for graduatesEngaging with external stakeholders: SETA grants, SARS rebates and Department of Labor for EAP targets, executing administration of bursaries and training, liaising with supply chain department for sourcing, registration and management of training vendorsYour backgroundBachelor's Degree in relevant fieldMinimum 5 years experience in advanced MS Excel, data analytics & skills development.Presentation proficiency, budgeting and financial planning experience Young talent planning, reporting, data management backgroundPreference will be given to EE candidates.More about usOur mission Human Resources (HR) is to help ABB stand out when it comes to our people - from leadership, performance and talent management to rewards and career opportunities.
