Short Term Policy Administrator

Overview:
The organization is a licensed Financial Services Provider that is regulated by the South African Regulatory framework of insurance and insurance brokerage industry. It is one of the most competitive industries in S.A. The team aims to provide an excellent customer-focused service within a target-driven environment.
The main focus of the IISA division is to provide short term insurance to business, individual, and niche clients. The Short Term Policy Administrator is responsible for providing technical broking services on both new and existing clients, including the new renewal processes and ad-hoc requests for cover. To ensure all broker accounts are serviced in accordance with IISS Standards; assist with R&D on new products and assist with testing of new products on systems as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 - 7 years short term insurance in policy administration and claims roles
Experience in customer liaison; building and maintaining relationships
Experience working in a Brokerage is preferred
Passed FSB REgulatory Exam for Representatives
