Responsibilities: General Short Term Insurance Administration Duties:Capturing of Amendment/ New Business Policy Schedules on Broker Engine SystemEnsuring that client information remains updated on Broker Engine SystemAttending to daily policy servicing and general enquiriesProcessing of new quotations.Claims:Registration and processing of all new claims (Personal Lines and Commercial)Knowledge and previous experience in claims administration is a prerequisiteRenewals:Requesting Renewal Schedules from InsurersPreparing client Renewal packsRenewal schedule to be loaded on the Broker Engine SystemCompliance:Preparation of Compliance DocumentationEnsure that Compliance is kept up to dateRegularly follow up with clients on outstanding ComplianceShort-term mailbox:Managing the Manager's and General Short-Term Mailbox.Distribute emails to staff where necessaryEnsure that all general queries, and servicing are processed within the prescribed Service Level Agreement CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: The candidate should be Fit & Proper in terms of FAIS to be added to the license for both Short-term Personal and Commercial Lines.Should have their REP (RE 5) and KI (RE 1) in place Experience: 5+ years experience working in the financial planning industry5+ years of management experience System experience Office 365, One drive and CRMBlue Print, Fax, Smart Advice and other Financial Service Provider systems will be highly advantageousBrolink WIBDiscovery Smart Advice Personal attributes: Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
