Shipping Coordinator Mr Price Group

Mr Price Logistics has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, highly organized, and detailed orientated Shipping Coordinator to join their Shipping team. The successful individual will process import shipping files and foreign payments in accordance with SOP's. Manage shipping critical path to ensure on time deliveries and positive supplier relations.
Key responsibilities Open shipping files, print and perform quality control checks on all commercial documentation.Facilitate import processing, ensuring compliance with statutory bodies SARS & SARBBuild effective working relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance and SLA understanding.Work closely with work stream leaders to ensure all KPI's are achieved.Ensure all noncompliance occurrences are recorded with short and long-term solutions implemented.Ensure suppliers are paid within agreed timelines using REIM Oracle application systems.Establish letter of credits within the agreed timelines informed by the proforma invoice.Manage 3PL accounts per division and ensure payments are timely and current to avoid any interest charges.Process all credit notes within agreed timelines.Ensure all payment-related documents are available electronically.Ensure all payment-related queries are resolved within agreed timelines.Minimum Requirements Grade 12/NQF41-2 Years' experienceMicrosoft Office. Business understanding of import procedure & regulations.Ability to work in a fast paced; highly pressurized and able to meet deadlines
