The SharePoint Administrator & Developer consults with internal clients about the software technology environment with medium to high complexity. They translate business requirements into technology terms and develop more complex algorithms and programming code for software solutions. The primary objective of the SharePoint Administrator & Developer is to design, test, implement and maintain the SharePoint configuration and coding to ensure Service Catalogue platform stability and performance. They assist with determining how technology can be best applied to meet our internal client needs.

The individual in this role will participate in the planning, design, build, test and implementation for the assigned enterprise applications and/or systems. They will be required to perform most of the tasks defined in the planned agile epic workload or the team Kanban board, gathering facts, analyzing client requirements and then designing, building and supporting solutions that demonstrate the functionality to support the findings.Working at NTT
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Development and maintenance activities related to Sales Portal, Service Catalogue and underlying sales enablement content and collateral repositories
Manage incidents, problems and changes raised via ServiceNow support queue (MACD)
Maintain the reporting and tracking of all related service requests raised via ServiceNow
Coordinate calls and/or meetings as necessary to capture requirements, explore issues and co-ordinate problem resolution
Document and develop system requirements for the Sales Portal, Service Catalogue and underlying sales enablement content and collateral repositories by engaging with key stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
Actively manage and execute the team Funnel and Backlog to enhance existing Sales Portal, Service Catalogue and underlying content and collateral repository capabilities, features, and functions
Development lifecycle; coding, testing, releasing, and deploying from dev to pre-prod
Develop and execute automation enhancements for system, process, and interfaces
Design, develop, and maintain technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures
Hold training and informational sessions to teach administrators and users of the benefits and use of new capabilities, features, and enhancements
Work in collaboration with business Function and Service Division teams to co-develop and deliver the required service and interface components for an optimal enablement UX
Review system code developed by support vendors and partners (internal or external)
Participate in software deployment and application rollout from vendors ensuring NTT standards are upheld
Engage with stakeholders and SMEs to obtain appropriate level of approval and sign-off to migrate changes from pre-production into production
Continual research to stay abreast of, and share the latest market trends on Marketing, Sales and Service enablement tools, methods, and approaches
Create and update Kanban entries and provide regular updates on progress
Continually conducting analysis of portal and catalogue user and application requirements
Quality of service checks; identifying, analysing, and resolving poor quality issues
Maintaining and enhancing back-end administration features for improved operations and admin UX
Troubleshooting application and code issues impacting service
Integrating system applications, data storage, data retention, and information security
Plan design and implement application features to enhance performance
Working with geo distributed teams to create, update and upload page content items such as page content and sales enablement collateral (information)
Maintaining Change Management for applications and content published to the portal and catalogue
Generating management user reports and extracting content information
Creating and updating our development community and “how-to” series video channels on Microsoft Streams, as well as creating the supporting user or administration guides.

High level of competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Competence in Microsoft Power BI also advantageous
Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
Related and relevant certifications from recognised education boards advantageous
Demonstrable work experience in related field(s) of work
Relevant DevOps certifications beneficial
Agile related certifications preferable
Required Experience:
Previous experience working with Microsoft SharePoint is essential
Previous experience working with the extended list applications list in the technical skills section advantageous
Familiar with Microsoft Azure databases and Microsoft Power BI to create and collaborate on reporting and dashboard developments
Microsoft SharePoint development and administration experience:Creation of web pages, forms, and workflowsWork with Business Connectivity Services, Master Pages, Apps, Page Layouts, User Store, Web Parts, Windows Workflow Foundation, SharePoint Ribbon, and so on.SharePoint Object Model (OM)SharePoint DesignerSharePoint Server, .NET, VB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, SQL Server, Web Services, security, exception handling, SharePoint branding and support of large, complex, or enterprise-wide solutionsDevelop custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) appsKnowledge of REST and MS GraphMS Power Automate to create workflow automations and notificationsSharegate
