? Provide business unit with accurate and timely Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) reporting in accordance with Company PepsiCo International Policy
? Safeguard company assets and activities by maintaining strong internal controls at Head Office within the Sales to Collection and Procurement to Payment Cycles by implementing effective, efficient, governance processes including monitoring activities over financial systems and Controls
? Drive Service Delivery strategy deployment via continuous productivity improvement, service quality and customer (internal / external) satisfaction

Primary Accountabilities:
? SSA BU Finance Services Business Partner:
? Lead the Finance Service Delivery deliverables in support of the 3x3x3 strategy across SSA
? Set SSA BU Cash Flow targets to support 3-year PSP and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), working closely with Control & Reporting Director, BU CFO and BU Planning Director
? Serve as the Finance Service Delivery escalation point for urgent requests from Global / Sector Teams, Outsourced Services, Captive Services, business, suppliers and customers
? Accountable for Finance Service Delivery process sustainability and enhancement
? Partner with business teams to drive business growth and improve business processes
? Monitor operational execution and provide the BU with accurate and timely reporting across the Finance Service Delivery Mandate
? Lead deep-dives to fully understand and address performance issues
? Collect and analyses risk information and ensure that the organization is adequately protected against loss in relation to assigned portfolio
? Make accurate risk mitigating recommendations to recommend internal controls and / or risk mitigation methods related business process execution
? Keeping abreast with Industry Standards and Trends to manage business exposure and risk
? Operational Finance and Control:
? Lead the delivery of on time and in full Finance Services across the mandate i.e. Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Receivables (Field Sales), Accounts Payable (AP) and Payroll
? Implement and maintain effective, efficient, and sustainable governance processes, internal controls and monitoring activities across the Finance Service Delivery Mandate
? Provide the BU Control and Reporting Director with effective information e.g. Dashboards, to support business issue resolution and delivery of business tasks / initiatives
? Lead Monthly AR/AP business results discussion with LT via Balance Sheet Review, Flash and Month end Functional close out meetings
? Maximize cash flow, minimize risk and drive policy compliance through the effective leadership of the Finance Service Delivery Mandate
o Implement and sustain cash committees for DCSO and DPO across the BU
o Lead cash flow forecasting for the Finance Service Delivery Mandate including undertaking initiatives to improve DSO / DCSO and DPO
o Lead AR / AP analysis and requests for Region / Sector submission (e.g. Credit Limit reviews, Vendor Payment Terms, Cash Flow)
o Review and approve all legal hand overs, bad debt provision and recovery of bad debts.
? Process sustainability, enhancement and projects:
o Identify and implement project solutions to deliver industry best practices across the Finance Service Delivery Mandate
o Lead and develop high performance teams across the Finance Service Delivery Mandate including optimal organizational structure and alignment with PepsiCo Operating Model (POM)
o Act as a link between PepsiCo and Outsourced Services Teams, by partnering to formulate best practices and driving service standardization / efficiencies / synergies / optimization
o Sustain and enhance Service Delivery performance through focus on service quality, customer / vendor satisfaction and continuous productivity improvements
o Develop added value and continuous improvement through the delivery of tangible increases in service levels and customer satisfaction from opportunities to standardize and make effective the end-to-end process
? Other Business Process Tasks linked to SSA BU:
o Accountable for planning and management of annual departmental budgets.
o Accountable for SLA negotiation and proposal to BU Control and Reporting Director for approval
o Oversight and approval of SAP and relevant Application implementation and /or changes through delegation or self (Operational, Strategic, Other)
o Liaison will local authorities related to statutory and other business matters #LI-SSA
Qualifications/Requirements
Post Graduate degree in Financial Management Disciplines - CIMA or CA(SA) is preferred
? ? Sound knowledge and experience in FMCG process development and execution
? Strong communication skills, written, verbal and presentation
? Strong project management and capability development skills
? Exposure to broad people development / strategic techniques and programmes, with an understanding of how to provide development support
? Ability to provide quick high-level assessments to answer strategic questions and scope / guide work
? Simplifying complex business problems into a logical framework
? Manage complex analytics to an appropriate level of detail, ensuring accurate output (team and individual)
? Deep understanding of financial modelling / evaluation
? Manage multiple inputs from a wide group of stakeholders and then incorporating them into a recommendation that everyone is bought into
? Change management experience at a senior level, including strong cross-functional management skills to drive change in the face of adversity
? Creating simple solutions and crafting a simple communication story
? Presenting complex business cases with confidence and credibility in senior forums
? Ability to self-manage in a complex and matrix environment
